Deal Desk · new

They have offered you a deal. Is it good for you, or for them?

Every chip-chop favours somebody. Deal Desk puts the offer next to exact ICM, player by player, and shows the delta as money. Thirty seconds with the stacks typed in, and you know whether to shake hands.

Deal Desk: the chip-chop against exact ICM, with the per-player delta shown as money
The delta column

The difference is real money, per player

A chip-chop pays big stacks more than their equity and short stacks less. Deal Desk shows exactly how much, for every seat: if chip share hands you £4,100 and ICM says your seat is worth £4,780, that is £680 you are giving away by saying yes.

  • ✓Exact ICM, not an approximation. The same engine behind the ICM drills, checked against a 25,000-case harness.
  • ✓"Leave £X for the winner" built in, because that is how real tables actually chop.
  • ✓Read it out. The suggested split is ranked and labelled, ready to say across the table.
And afterwards

The staking settlement, same screen

The chop is agreed and now the deal behind it needs settling. Markup, percentage sold and bullets go in; who-gets-what comes out, for both sides. No group-chat arithmetic at one in the morning.

Type the stacks before you answer the offer. The delta column is money.

Try it on your own game.

Questions

About Deal Desk

How is this different from the ICM calculator?

The calculator tells you what each seat is worth. Deal Desk compares that against the chip-chop you are actually being offered, player by player, so you can see who gains and who pays before you agree.

Can we leave something for the winner?

Yes. Set an amount to play for and Deal Desk splits the rest by ICM, which is how most real chops are agreed.

Does it handle staking afterwards?

Yes. Markup, percentage sold and bullets go in, and it shows who gets what on both sides of the deal, so the settle-up after the chop is done in the same place.
